Ms Jaime Toh: Dear 3A1 :P Found your blog by chance & thought I'd say my goodbyes. I will no longer be your form teacher next year as I have been posted to another school (I hear Raushan & Arie cheering :P) Anyway, I hope you all will continue to keep up the discipline of the class & work well with your teachers in preparation for the N Levels. Always remember to strive for the best and never settle for anything less. Good Luck for your exams, stay healthy and if you wish to contact me, you can email me at jaimetohgp@yahoo.com. P.S. Hi 3NA!

Just an update on holiday homework, I have given out a total of 3 sets of homework:

1. Hillgrove Final Year Exam 2004
2. Worksheet on Air (Chapter 14) - You may omit MCQ Qn 3 and Structured Qn 1
3. Revision worksheet on Chp 6 and 7 (important foundation for Sec 4!!)

Please get them done. I will be collecting these worksheets on the first day of school, whether or not I will be teaching your class.

I also have a VERY IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT from Ms Zhang for POA. This is especially important for 3A1 because I was the one who gave out your worksheets and miss out this important instruction.

Your POA homework (the 2 past year papers) will be graded.
Please put in your best efforts to do the two papers. Ms Zhang will be collecting the papers during the first lesson of next year (aka the first day of school). Please be prompt in handing in your homework.

3A1, please pass on this important message to your classmates. Or put up this announcement on your class blog. Or something. Thanks!

Total for Chem and POA: 5 SETS OF HOMEWORK (only!) + 1 set of POA answers for your final exam.

If anyone of you are missing any of these homework sets, please come to look for us. We will be in school from 8:30-12:30 everyday next week.

Don’t complain so much about having so much homework ok? You have TWO WHOLE MONTHS! When I was a Sec 3 student, I had only 1.5 months of holiday, and about 3-5 papers per subject. And I studied 9 subjects.

Stop whining! =P

Hey, it's me again. Tomorrow's the day the students going for the HK-trip will be leaving, so let's wish them a safe journey there, and that they'll have fun and learn new things there. And of course, buy stuff back for us. If they even remember :/

So, for us who're not going, school resumes as per normal, we'll be continuing lessons, though they're not covering much, but MsToh doesn't want us to skip lessons just because so. We should "always keep our discipline, once you let go you fall blah blah". So yeah, do that.

Next week's our Help-programme, all of you should be there for the few days.. and we'll be getting our report books back on the last day of the programme, &if we don't attend and skip the programme without a valid reason, we might be reconsidered for the promotion to Sec 4, so please come? Please~?

Last day of Promotional excercise, hope you guys get promoted to Sec4A1 smoothly, I'm sure if you've been behaving well the teachers will put in a few good words for you.. and if you're workin' hard, they'll take note and give you chances.

Been having fun this two days, hope you guys had too. Today's the last day, so there's school tomorrow, for all those who've no idea. There's a new time-table to follow, so pack accordingly. Don't blur blur. Yeah.. I don't know what else to say now, so I'll stop. Good luck for everything you're doing.

Today, the class got back most of their papers. Supposingly their English Paper2, Math Paper1&2 and overall results. Physics and CombinedScience(Overall) results and their Geography/History. Hopefully most of you are happy with your results, though some of the results may not be idealistic. But still. If you've tried your best, tell yourself to do better next time, doing your best is good. But your best has to improve with time. For those who failed because you weren't able to finish the paper within the stipulated time, train yourself more with timing, also not forgetting to answer the question relevantly.

In any case, hope you're content and happy with your scores. And congratulations to those who did well in certain subjects, you've done well :D(I sound old).

Yeah man! EOY's over, school's out. I suppose most of you have already had plans for your holidays! OR you're gonna go out and have fun. Well we have! A small portion of the class(YahTing,Jacqueline,Nicholas,Brandon AND ME) went out to play. Hopefully you had your own friends to go out with too!

EOY's over, take some time to relax and reward yourself for the hard work. Have fun with friends, take it easy. Await your results, which hopefully all appear as colorful figures on your result slip. I know some of you would say(NICK) "EOY doesn't mean the world's over" or even MsToh. I guess that's true, sure it's not the end of the world. BUT IT'S THE END OF THE YEAR SO SCREW THAT. :D Besides, I think we all deserve a break from the hard work. So yeah, go play. And stop staying at home and reading this post. D: OFF YOU GO.

Yup, those people mentioned above was all the people chosen to go. Lucky them! D: -envious-. Well I'm pretty sure they had what it took to go anyways, and seemingly to be that SLs were taken as first preference.. so chances were very limited. And seeing that it was a free trip, almost the entire NA/NT level applied for it, even the worst of the lots who had no chance. Only 35 were chosen out of the hundred. I bet the teachers had a hard time choosing, as well. So yeah.. I think many of us are envious as well? But don't be sad or disappointed. You didn't lose much. It's like free lottery, you win you get extra stuff, you lose and lose nothing.

So to those who cried(Gwen) don't be sad. :D There'll be more chances.. I think? For now, focus on EOYs and start mugging. Once again, congratulations to those who were chosen to go, and have fun! And don't think of giving up the chance for someone else, unless you're forbidden to go by your parents. THEN MAYBE YOU COULD GIVE ME TO ME :D
